Maltby Community Plan
What is it?
The Maltby Community Plan was launched in September 2002 with a vision to make Maltby a prosperous, friendly and pleasant place to live and work. The driving force for the Plan came from community activists who recognised the need for a shared vision, and that regeneration of the town would not happen unless agencies could be convinced by hard evidence of a real need for change. The process was supported by Maltby Town Council and Rotherham MBC.
