Is a Payment Protection Insurance Letter Necessary?

When it’s time to file a claim with your lender to ask for a refund on mis sold Halifax PPI, many people like to write a payment protection insurance letter to ‘cover’ what they are asking for in the claim that follows. Writing a cover letter can be a very good idea as it is good business etiquette to do so. However, it isn’t always necessary and you can even turn the whole process over to a Halifax PPI claims management team if you’d like! Then you wouldn’t need to write a letter, file a claim or even communicate with a dishonest lender as you’d have a pro on your side. That’s much easier than formatting a cover letter, any day of the week.
