I would like to take this opportunity to thank David Auckland, son of the late Cannon Auckland, for his permission to reproduce the book here on this site.
I am in the process of transcribing the book to this site and at present hope to have the first two or three chapters online by the end of March, with subsequent chapters at a rate of one per month. I make no apologies for any references to the 'present' made in the book. These will refer to events or persons at the time the book was wrtten. It is being transcribed verbatim from the original book.
